Yesterday was an unusual day, things felt a little unbalanced. She wants me around but at the same time she pushes me away. I don’t understand girl. You say let’s take things slow so that’s what I do. When I text you what’s doin or Watta do to see how you are I get no response, always afraid I’m doing something wrong. The other night we hung out with some friends that didn’t know about us, so I kept things respectful and chill like I always do, none the less I had a great time, so I thought. The following morning I text her to say what’s doin.. Reply what was with me last night? I’m thinking oh man what did I do, I reply stating I was being respectful of you and us. I didn’t want to put things out there without your permission. Her reply it’s all good daddy.. I wish I would have known that her friends knew then things would have been more comfortable between us.

Her smell lingers in my apartment days after she has gone, what an amazing three days.. The images of her face and expressions branded in my mind.
